Published Date: 02nd June 2025

Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers in #TeamMWL!

Volunteers’ Week is an annual UK-wide campaign first launched in 1984 that is held from the first Monday in June to celebrate and recognise the contributions of volunteers. The celebration is a time to say “Thank you!” to current and past volunteers! This year’s celebration runs from Monday 2nd – Sunday 8th June.

You can find out more about Volunteers Week on the official website here: https://volunteersweek.org/about

The Library & Knowledge Service is available to all MWL volunteers, who are able to visit MWL Libraries at Southport, Whiston and Ormskirk hospitals. Volunteers (and staff), can register to join the Library here: https://bit.ly/44ZQbKO
