Training

The Library and Knowledge Service provides access to a wide range of online resources and access to thousands of online journals. To help you make the most out of them we offer group or one-to-one training sessions in person or virtual, tailored to meet your needs.

Training can cover:

  • How to create and use an Open Athens account
  • Using the Library and Knowledge Service Website to access resources such as Knowledge Alerts, NHS Knowledge and Library Hub and lots more
  • Finding and accessing online journal articles
  • UpToDate
  • BMJ Best Practice
     

To arrange a training session please complete our online training request form.

Please remember to let us know when and where you would like the training to take place, whether it is for yourself or a group and if there are any particular resources you would like us to cover.
