Training

The Library and Knowledge Service provides access to a wide range of online resources and access to thousands of online journals. To help you make the most out of them we offer group or one-to-one training sessions in person or virtual, tailored to meet your needs.

Training can cover:

  • How to create and use an Open Athens account
  • Using the Library and Knowledge Service Website to access resources such as DISCOVERY, Knowledge Alerts, HDAS (Health Database Advanced Search) and lots more
  • Finding and accessing online journal articles
  • UpToDate
  • BMJ Best Practice
