Abstract: Paraesthesia can be due to many causes, including entrapment, nerve injury and snapping. We describe a rare case of snapping of the infrapatellar branch of the saphenous nerve (IPBSN) causing paraesthesia in a 40-year-old male that was managed successfully with ultrasound (US)-guided hydrodissection and review the literature.
